PSW will actively seek to offer procurement of material from its customer on a tele-quel basis. This means that the price of the scrap offered is usually agreed between buyer and the purchaser prior to collection and/or deliver to PSW facility at Grange Court.

The value may be determined by sample evaluation or historical information relevant to the material on offer, always by negotiation. On receipt, material is weighed and agreement on quality and weights are established.

No onward process, refining or treatment will be undertaken until this mutual agreement is confirmed. Once agreed, material is grouped, submitted for onward process, Refining and metal recovery.
